At Tonn Surf, we insist on the highest quality in all our products. However, if our products do not meet this high standard or if you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to refund or exchange items in accordance with the conditions laid out below. Obviously, if you wore it on a ‘hot date’ and it didn’t go to plan, we do not accept responsibility or feel like it is a fair reason to return said tee shirt.
Many of our products are garment dyed, and so there may be a slight variation from the photos online.
For some products, the colours displayed on your monitor may not be completely accurate, but we always do our best to show our products as accurately as possible. No two computer monitors show colours the same way but be assured they look good to us and will look good to you when you get them.
We check every item before dispatch, but should you receive an item that falls short of our high standards, we are happy to pay for you to return the garment to us. We will cover the cost of standard shipping.
Cancelling or Changing an Order
We can change or cancel an order up until the time it is dispatched. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to do so.
We aim to make returning any unsuitable products as easy as possible – just follow these steps and let us know if you have any problems:
If you want to return a product, email us at email@example.com within 7 days of placing your order. Let us know your order number, and whether you would like a refund or an exchange (for another size or colour, for example). If the product is faulty, sending us a photo can help speed up the process.
After notifying us, products must be returned to our office within 28 days of delivery, and we will then send out your replacement.

Please send all return items in the same shipment to ensure that it is processed as quickly as possible. It can take up to 10 days for your return to be delivered back to us, depending on which postal service you use, and we will let you know via email as soon as your return has been received and processed.
Any refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s card and will exclude shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Typically, this takes 10 working days but may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
